A number of Calico ‘n Jeans 4-H members volunteered their time to welcome shoppers to the new Murdoch’s in Johnstown recently. The club was invited to assist with the grand opening at the Johnstown location. Murdoch’s is a generous supporter of 4-H and supported the local club with a financial gift of $500. Calico ‘n Jeans will be attending future events at the Johnstown location. Calico ‘n Jeans 4-H is the 4-H club for the Johnstown/Milliken area. According to their Facebook page, they meet the second Monday of each month at Elwell Elementary School at 7 p.m. Kids ages 5-18 are welcome (and so are their parents).
