This past weekend’s Fall Festival, hosted by the Johnstown Downtown Development Association, was a splashing success with residents filling the downtown area. Milliken Intermediate School Assistant Principal Danny Cohoon got cooled off by his boss, Principal Alan Plaisance, while folks checked out the vendors, listened to music and munched on the fare of a variety of food trucks.
