JOHNSTOWN – Town officials kicked off a “downtown master plan” effort this week, with staff setting up a booth downtown at several locations to begin soliciting feedback.
According to officials, the master plan will “help us bring new life into downtown and create a vibrant and welcoming space that reflects the community’s vision.”
