JOHNSTOWN – At Town Council’s regular meeting on September 9, councilmembers passed a resolution approving a 70-foot monopine cell tower to be built by the Bella Ridge Golf Course and an ordinance to establish the Johnstown Downtown Development Authority Fund.
To start off the meeting, Mayor Michael Duncan read a proclamation that declared September as Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month. Community partners like North Range Behavioral Health and Imagine Zero of Weld County were highlighted in the proclamation for their work with suicide prevention, intervention, education and other support services.
