Milliken dealing with ‘musty’ water

A change in drinking water purchased from the City of Greeley has left a bad taste in the mouths of some Milliken residents.

“The Town of Milliken purchases drinking water from the City of Greeley. There has been a change in the Greeley water recently,” the town recently reported in a letter to residents. “You may have noticed an earthy, musty, or algae-like taste or odor. This is an aesthetic issue – not a health or safety issue. The water is safe to drink.”
