JOHNSTOWN – Monday night, Johnstown Town Council met for its first regular meeting of the month at Johnstown Town Hall. At this meeting, councilmembers approved items related to a new housing development named Riverbend Estates.
Riverbend Estates Partners LLC requested approval of the final plat and development plan from the town. In addition to this request, there were an improvement agreement and a water and sewer service agreement up for approval.
