The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (WCDPHE), in partnership with The Weld Trust and North Range Behavioral Health, is expanding access to behavioral health services through the county’s Public Health Mobile Unit.
The new partnership embeds a North Range Behavioral Health team member directly into Weld County Public Health outreach activities and mobile health operations, helping connect residents to mental health support, behavioral health navigation, case management, crisis support, and community resources.
