The Front Range League has announced expansion into Greeley and Johnstown for the 2027 season. The league has reached agreement on playing dates at Butch Butler Field in Greeley and at the Nelson Farm Park fields, part of the Thompson Rivers Parks & Recreation Complex.
The league, based out of Gering, Nebraska, was born in August 2024 with six founding member teams based in Colorado and Nebraska. It is comprised of summer collegiate wood-bat teams that operate in the same way as a professional minor league baseball team.
