JOHNSTOWN – Monday night Town Council met to discuss a project for safer school routes, a liquor license for a new Johnstown restaurant and discussions regarding the Johnstown Community YMCA continued.
One of the first items of new business presented by town staff asked the council to consider an agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company for design services for the Elwell Elementary Safe Routes to School project.
