Emmett Young stole Fred Lohry’s team and carriage from main street Monday and drove to Elwell. He came back to Johnstown at a pretty good gait and was waylaid by Marshal Gray and locked up for the night. Young worked for Lester Holmes last summer and helped himself to Lester’s horse and buggy and seems to have a mania for helping himself to other people’s horses instead of having one of his own.
