JOHNSTOWN – The next phase of the Town’s West Parish Alley Project will start next week, and officials are notifying businesses and residents about its impacts to the downtown area.
Beginning July 6, Xcel Energy will start underground electrical utility installation in the West Parish Alleyway. At the same time, the Town’s contractor will install underground utility connections from the alley right-of-way to each business’s outdoor meter panel.
