JOHNSTOWN – Town Council met Monday night at Johnstown Town Hall. Before taking any action on items, the council heard from Town Manager Matt LeCerf.
During the town manager’s report, LeCerf gave the board a brief update on the town’s water outlook. He said that the town is predicted to have their water shares reduced by 40 percent because of dry conditions across the state and the poor snowpack. He mentioned that runoff from snow melt will be significantly less this year and that runoff will be completed by early summer.
