GREELEY – Weld County residents, local leaders, and community advocates gathered Monday at the Weld County Administration Building as the Board of County Commissioners held its third and final hearing on Ordinance 2026-01, a proposal that will significantly shape how data centers are developed in unincorporated Weld County.
The ordinance passed 4-1 following amendments made after public comment and directly prior to the vote.
