A Johnstown woman who plead guilty to stealing money from several Johnstown homeowners associations as well as other HOA’s in northern Colorado will spend 90 days in jail and will be required to pay back $650,000 in restitution to her victims.
Sandra Oldenburg will also serve 10 years of probation. The sentence was handed down last week in the 8th Judicial District Court in Fort Collins as part of a plea agreement. Oldenburg was charged with two counts of cybercrime and tax evasion.
