NAI Affinity has announced they have brokered the sale of a 2.326-acre site within the 2534 master- planned community in Johnstown. The property sold for $1.925 million and closed on February 27.
Ryan Schaefer, Jake Hallauer, and Lauren Larsen represented the seller, 2534 Development Inc. and Mark Ernster of SullivanHayes Brokerage represented the buyer, Texas Roadhouse. The company has acquired the site near the southeast corner of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
