JOHNSTOWN – During Monday night’s Town Council meeting members heard from Eric Jones, a town engineer, about the proposed comprehensive stormwater master plan. This master plan provides a townwide strategic guide for how the town will manage rainwater runoff, flooding and water quality.
Back in 2023, the town entered into a grant award agreement to modernize the town’s existing stormwater master plan by “assessing current and projected stormwater runoff, pinpointing areas of concern” and more.
