JOHNSTOWN – Town Council’s regular meeting on February 18 was brief for public attendees since there were no public hearings or new agenda items for the council to vote on. However, the council did spend about two hours in executive sessions during the meeting.
Council met last Wednesday because of last Monday’s Presidents’ Day holiday.
