The month of February for the Roosevelt High School Lady Rough Riders basketball team has been lovely…and victorious. They have played five games and are 5-0 this month, improving their record to 13-7 overall and 11-2 in league play.
Opening the month, they played the Northridge Grizzlies on February 3. The ladies would go on to win this game 64-46. Led by senior Kyla Lin Hollier putting in 26 points and collecting six rebounds. Junior Ava Grosboll had another good game as well, scoring 15 points and grabbing 14 rebounds, getting a double-double.
