JOHNSTOWN – Town Council met Monday night for a brief regular meeting where the council recognized the longtime Johnstown Housing Authority manager Dennis Reed, and postponed approving new signage.
Councilmember Jesse Molinar Jr. read a proclamation honoring Reed for his service on the Johnstown Housing Authority for over 13 years. Molinar thanked him and his wife, Stephanie Reed, for their dedication to helping residents.
