MILLIKEN – During the Board of Trustees meeting on January 28, the board entered an executive session to discuss employee performance reviews of Town Clerk Caree Rinebarger and Town Administrator Cheryl Powell.
The executive session allowed the board to complete performance reviews for the two employees. After exiting the executive session, the board unanimously amended Powell’s contract to include a 5 percent increase to her salary.
