Every sporting season starts with a bevy of new faces. This year there are plenty in the pool for the Roosevelt High School swim team, but none stands out more than that of new head coach Ronda White.
White grew up in Brush, Colorado, another small town a lot like Johnstown. She grew up swimming competitive club throughout her youth, middle school years, and finally through high school. After her club career, she coached and taught swimming lessons for many years before life took hold, and she took time away from the sport to raise a family.
