Candidate packets are now available for the April 7 municipal election, where Johnstown and Milliken voters will elect members to their respective Town Council and Town Board.
To qualify as a candidate, an individual must: Be a registered voter; be a resident for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election; and be at least 18 years of age on Election Day.
