JOHNSTOWN – Monday night, Town Council heard from Forestar Real Estate Group regarding their request to amend the Great Plains Village outline development plan. The major changes included a roadway realignment and removal of planning plots.
Great Plains Village is about 372 acres in total and is located along the I-25 corridor.
