March 16, 1933 Publisher: E.E. Engberg First National Bank of Johnstown Opens Up For Business Wednesday
The First National Bank of Johnstown opened for business Wednesday following a bank holiday of ten days, evoked by order of Governor Johnson and later extended by a proclamation of President Roosevelt. The promptness with which this bank was able to resume business reflects credit upon the management of the bank and its strong position as a sound institution.
