NAI Affinity, a Northern Colorado commercial real estate brokerage, has announced the sale of Blue Spruce Ridge – a 42-acre residential development site within The Ridge, a Caliber-developed master- planned community in Johnstown.
According to a press release announcing the sale, the property sold for $2.7 million and closed on November 11. Ryan Schaefer, CEO of NAI Affinity, acted as a Transaction Broker between the buyer, Erie Partners III, LLC, and the seller, Blue Spruce Hold-Co, LLC (a CaliberCos Inc related entity).
