Nearly 100 eighth grade students from Weld RE-4 and Weld RE-5J school districts recently participated in the annual “Get Into the Guts” event at Aims Community College, an immersive healthcare career exploration experience designed to introduce students to in-demand careers in the health sciences.
Hosted inside Aims’ stateof- the-art Allied Health & Sciences Building, the event offered hands-on learning in real clinical training environments while connecting students directly with healthcare professionals from across northern Colorado.
