JOHNSTOWN – Monday night, residents packed the Town Council chamber and online meeting portal to speak their piece about the Johnstown Community YMCA audit results as well as hear from the council about how they will move forward regarding the partnership between the town and the YMCA.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mayor Michael Duncan motioned to change the agenda order to move the YMCA forensic audit discussion to the beginning of the meeting since many of the people present wished to speak on this item.
