MILLIKEN – The Milliken Board of Trustees were presented with a master development plan application for a proposed 899-home development located northwest of 65th avenue and Weld County Road 378.
Kevin Koelbel, the Milliken community development director, presented the resolution regarding the plan for the Homestead Grove subdivision to the board. Koelbel explained that a master development plan is more akin to a preliminary sketch of how the 232-acre parcel of land will be used versus a fleshed-out plan. He explained that the name “master development plan” could be misleading.
