Weld County Commissioner Scott James announced this week that he will seek a third and final term on the Weld Board of County Commissioners, running under the familiar banner “Right For Weld.” James pledged to continue championing conservative, common-sense leadership focused on public safety, infrastructure, and fiscal responsibility.
“Weld County has been my home my entire life, and serving as County Commissioner has been one of the greatest honors of my life,” James said. “In 2018, we talked about ‘A New Day for Weld.’ In 2022, we proved we were Right For Weld. I’m running for a third and final term to finish that work – to protect Weld County’s way of life, keep our finances strong, and make sure county government stays limited, efficient, and accountable. That’s what it means to be Right For Weld.”
