One couldn’t ask for a better night to play the first home playoff game at Randall Hess Stadium. It was warm, the stadium was packed, it was loud and Rough Rider fans were rowdy!
The Pueblo County Hornets came into the game boasting the state’s “best” 3A running back, Brady Ware, with 1,350 yards rushing this season. Ware in fact arrived at Roosevelt High School last Friday afternoon wearing a championship belt signifying the champ was in the house.
