JOHNSTOWN – Town Council held three public hearings on Monday night to give residents and stakeholders a chance to voice their thoughts on two zoning cases and the proposed 2026 Johnstown town budget.
Johnstown Planning and Development Director, Jeremy Gleim, presented Ordinance 2025-277, which gives 96 acres in the area west of Telep Avenue and the Nelson Farm Park ball fields and north of the Rolling Hills Ranch subdivision the single-family zoning designation. The area currently holds a temporary zoning designation.
