Not many local folks know this, but Roosevelt High School was the center of the competitive cheer world in Colorado this past weekend. The Rough Riders put on the 4th annual Boo Bash last Saturday, and with 58 teams in attendance this year, the event was once again a tremendous success.
“The growth of this event has really surprised us,” said an excited coach Michelle Mauch. “When we first started this thing years ago we started with 10 teams. Every year it has gotten bigger and bigger. It’s amazing!”
