The Johnstown-Milliken Rotary Club is proud to recognize Jasiel Tovar, a senior at Roosevelt High School, as the Rotary Student of the Month for September. Jasiel exemplifi es leadership, community involvement, and a strong commitment to personal and academic growth.
A student in the Construction Career and Technical Education Pathway, Jasiel has earned both his HBI (Home Builders Institute) and OSHA 10 certifications and has gained valuable real-world experience through the Work-Based Learning Program as an intern at Hartford Homes. His hands-on learning extends beyond the classroom as he explores construction as a potential career while connecting with industry professionals. Jasiel plans to explore Civil Engineering at Colorado State University after he graduates this spring.
