(Thursday) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 118 W. Charlotte in downtown Johnstown. Not only will you possibly help save a life, but you’ll also get a free lunch.

Have you had a chance to check out the display about The Breeze at the Glenn A. Jones M.D. Memorial Library in Johnstown? The Johnstown Historical Society put it together with the assistance of The Breeze to kick off its effort to raise money to digitize past issues of the paper, going back as far as 1907. You can get the chance to write your own headline or cutline, and learn what they are, as well as write your own story and view a slide show with some of the notable front pages of The Breeze over the past years. The display will be up through September.
