The Lady Rough Riders softball team bounced back from a loss at the hands of University Bulldogs in a big way, beating the Timnath Cubs 11-1 to improve their overall record to 2-1 and 2-0 in league play.
Junior Makenzie Maddox took the pitching circle for this one. She pitched an efficient five innings, only allowing six hits and tallying five strikeouts, while not walking a single Timnath batter and only allowing one run and zero earned runs.
