Roosevelt High School head volleyball coach Lindsey Stinson was proud of her team’s accomplishments last season. The ladies went 178 and earned the right to host one of the regionals (for the first time since 2013) of the state playoffs. Unfortunately, they fell in five sets to the hated Mead Mavericks in the third game of the tournament and failed to make the main state bracket.
Though the Riders lost some great senior leaders, Stinson is hoping last year’s work ethic rubbed off on this year’s seniors.
