BUILT NoCo recently hosted an event designed to strengthen connections between Northern Colorado construction companies and the region’s high school students – the future workforce. The event highlighted the value of partnering with youth through college and career pathways and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs that prepare students for in-demand careers while supporting local industry needs.
The event was made possible through collaboration between BUILT NoCo and personnel from Poudre School District, Thompson Valley School District, and Weld RE5J’s Roosevelt High School, showcasing a strong regional commitment to preparing students for high-demand careers.
