MILLIKEN – At its August 13 meeting, the Milliken Board of Trustees met to celebrate the town’s staff on their success with the Beef ‘n Bean Day event, discussed with the Milliken Events Committee the possibility of moving next year’s event, and allowed the police to use a service to investigate online data.
Beef ‘n Bean Day was August 9, and the board recognized both the Events Committee and the town staff for their efforts to make the day great. They worked incredibly hard to plan, set up, manage, and clean up the event successfully, board members said.
