JOHNSTOWN – Monday night, Town Council approved bus service in the 2534 area in conjunction with the City of Loveland, a lease agreement for an emergency services department between Johnstown and Larimer County, improvements to the Little Thompson Bridge on County Road 19, and an updated drainage system for the former Colony neighborhood.
