Weld County residents will have two opportunities this summer to responsibly dispose of old, unwanted, or broken electronic devices at no cost, thanks to the board of county commissioners, the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (WCDPHE) and the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program, who are hosting drive-thru e-waste events in Severance and Greeley.
The first event will take place on July 26 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Severance High School, located at 1200 Hidden Valley Parkway. The second event will be held on August 9, also from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Island Grove Grandstand Arena East Parking Lot, 501 North 14th Avenue in Greeley.
