The Weld County Board of Adjustment has an immediate need for three new members: all are At-Large members, who can each live anywhere in Weld County.
Members conduct hearings and decide appeals concerning administration or enforcement of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. Residents of all backgrounds are welcome to serve. A background in land-use, planning, real estate or building is helpful, but not required. Each member needs to reside in Weld County.
