This past Saturday, members of Colorado’s 8th congressional district organized a town hall event at the Johnstown Community YMCA with hopes of hearing directly from GOP Rep. Gabe Evans.
However, an empty chair at the front of the room served as a reminder of his absence to around 70-plus participants who showed up. Evans was invited to attend multiple times, according to event organizers.
