MILLIKEN – At its June 11 meeting, the Board of Trustees appointed Josh Roseberry to fill the vacant seat on the board, passed an ordinance that bans the use of mobile devices for drivers, hired a company to complete a housing needs assessment in compliance with a state law, considered a construction project for improvements on Center Drive and allowed a license agreement for Mill Haus Coffee to have a coffee and food vending license.
The board was quick to fill the vacant seat, and citizens were quick to apply. There were nine applications, which was a surprisingly high number for everyone involved with the process.
