The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (WCDPHE) was notified that an individual, who was recently identified as being positive for measles, shopped at the Windsor King Soopers store (1520 Main St.) on May 31, from 10:30 a.m. through 1:15 p.m. during their infectious period.
“The risk to others who were in the store during this period is relatively low, but if you have not been previously vaccinated for measles or are immunocompromised, we encourage you to reach out to our Communicable Disease Team at 970-400-2223 for a risk assessment,” the county said in a press release.
