MILLIKEN – Lawns and gardens went thirsty, and cars remained dusty this past weekend, as residents were prohibited from watering outside. Then, in a separate event, they woke up to low water pressure Monday morning.
Last Friday afternoon, the town posted on its Facebook page that residents could not water outside throughout the weekend.
