JOHNSTOWN – Even with a short meeting agenda, Town Council was still able to adhere to the town’s motto of “The Community That Cares” at its meeting Monday night.
Two proclamations were made by the council, declaring May to be both Foster Care Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. Councilmember Dee Anne Menzies was tasked with reading both proclamations.
